Cancellation Policy

Orders and Purchases

Physical Products: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.
Digital Products: Digital product orders cannot be canceled once the purchase is complete.
Services: Service appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, but the subscription can be cancelled to prevent renewal.

Refund Policy

Physical Products

Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Process: Contact our customer service to initiate a return. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

Digital Products

Eligibility: Refunds for digital products are only issued if the product is defective or not as described.
Process: Contact our customer service with proof of the defect. If approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Services

Non-Refundable Services: Services rendered are non-refundable.
Prepaid Services: If a prepaid service is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions: Refunds will be issued if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
